[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n12 May 2025 \nAIM: MPAC\n \nMpac Group plc\n (\"the Company\")\n \nAvailability of 2024 Annual Report and Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting\n \nMpac Group plc, the global packaging and automation solutions Group, today announces that the Company's 2024 Annual Report, which includes the Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting (\"Notice of AGM\"), is available for viewing on the Company's website at www.mpac-group.com and has been posted to those shareholders that elected to receive a hard copy.\nThe Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") will be held at the offices of Mpac Group, 2 Argosy Court, Coventry, CV4 3GA at 12 noon on Thursday 12 June 2025.\nThe Board always welcomes questions from shareholders and we request that shareholders submit their questions to the Board before the AGM.
