Mpac Group plc, a global leader in high-speed packaging and automation solutions, announces that Doug Robertson, independent non-executive director, has notified the Company of his decision to step down from the Board with effect from 31 August 2025.

The Board's search for a new Independent non-executive director, who will chair the audit committee, has commenced and is at an advanced stage.  An update will be provided in due course.

Andrew Kitchingman, Chairman of the Board, commented:
