Evans (AIM:MPE) confirms, further to the announcement on 25 March 2025 and in accordance with Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, including notice of the Company's annual general meeting to be held at 12 noon at Tallow Chandlers' Hall, 4 Dowgate Hill, London EC4R 2SH on 13 June 2025, was posted on 31 March 2025 to those shareholders electing to receive hard copies.
