Evans announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 80,000 shares of 10p each in the Company (\"New Shares\") to trade on the LSE. The Shares are to be allotted to the EBT for the purpose of satisfying the future vesting of awards granted under the M.P.
