All of these Shares are being reserved under extensions to an existing block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the following scheme:\n \nAmount Scheme\n45,000 Unapproved M P Evans Group PLC 2012 Executive Share Option Plan\n \nIt is expected that admission of these Shares will become effective on 10 June 2019.
