Langrish-Smith (the wife of Mr K. Langrish-Smith, a director of the\nCompany), bought 5,650 ordinary shares. Mrs S.M. Simkins and Mrs A. Williams\neach sold 1,935 ordinary shares. The Frank and Daphne Sinclair Grandchildren\nSettlement bought 4,500 ordinary shares.\n\n\nAs a result of the above, the resulting revised holdings of the above are as set\nout below:\n\n\nK.
