Langrish-Smith (the wife of Mr\nK. Langrish-Smith (a director of the Company), Mrs S.M. Simkins and Mrs A.\nWilliams (all substantial ordinary shareholders of Mountview) had each received\n6750 ordinary shares of the Company by way of a dividend from Viewthorpe Limited\n('Viewthorpe'), also a Mountview shareholder.\n\n\nFor technical reasons, this dividend has had to be reversed. Consequently, on 28\nFebruary 2006, Mrs Langrish-Smith, Mrs Simkins and Mrs Williams each returned\n6750 Mountview ordinary shares to Viewthorpe. As a result, their Mountview\nshareholdings are now as follows:\n\n\nK Langrish-Smith and Mrs E Langrish Smith\n\nPrevious 227,250 (5.83%)\nNew 220,500 (5.65%)\n\nMrs S M Simkins\nPrevious 178,304 (4.57%)\nNew 171,554 (4.40%)\n\nMrs A Williams\nPrevious 128,575 (3.30%)\nNew 121,825 (3.12%)\n\n\n\nAs a result of the above, Viewthorpe now has a holding of 132,950 ordinary\nshares, representing 3.40% of the issued share capital.\n\n\n\n This information is provided by RNS\n The company news service from the London Stock Exchange\n \n ","length":1803,"tagName":"div"}]
