Director's Shareholding

Mountview has today been notified that Mrs E Langrish-Smith (wife of Mr K Langrish-Smith, Director) purchased 1000 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange market on 4 August 2009 at 3100p per share.  

As a result of this transaction, Mr Langrish-Smith's revised holding (including those of his wife) is 306,000 ordinary shares, representing 7.84% of the voting rights of the Company.
