[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nMountview Estates Plc\n31 March 2025\n \n \n \nMountview Estates Plc\n (\"Mountview\" or \"the Company\")\nDirectorate change - Contract Extension\nThe Company stated in its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 that the Nomination Committee had extended the contract of Ms. Mhairi Archibald, a non-executive director, to 31 March 2025 to allow time for a replacement to be found and allow a period of overlap to ensure a smooth and seamless transition of Ms Archibald's role and duties as chair of the Remuneration Committee and her other committee membership roles and responsibilities.\n \nThe Nomination Committee has decided to extend this transition period, and Ms. Archibald's contract, until the conclusion of the Company's next Annual General Meeting on 13 August 2025 when she will step down as a director.\n \n \nFurther Information:\n \nFor further information on the Company, visit: www.mountviewplc.co.uk \n \n \n\n","length":2318,"tagName":"div"}]
