(\"\n \n\n Mountain Province\n \n\n \" or the \"\n \n Company\n \n \") (TSX: MPVD) (OTC: MPVD) announces today that it has entered into an amended and restated bridge credit facility agreement (the\n \n \"A&R Bridge Facility Agreement\n \n \") to provide for the Company's previously announced\n \n CAD$33 million\n \n working capital credit facility (the \"\n \n WCF\n \n \") with Dunebridge Worldwide Ltd., (\"\n \n Dunebridge\n \n \") as administrative agent, security trustee and lender. The A&R Bridge Facility Agreement amends and restates the Company's existing bridge credit facility agreement with Dunebridge dated\n \n February 24, 2025\n \n .\n \n\n The terms of the WCF reflect the indicative terms set out in the non-binding term sheet entered into with Dunebridge on\n \n April 17, 2025\n \n as described in the Company's notice of meeting and management information circular dated\n \n April 17, 2025\n \n (the \"\n \n Notice of Meeting and Information Circular\n \n \") and in the Company's news release dated\n \n April 25, 2025\n \n , which are both available on SEDAR+ on the Company's profile at\n \n www.sedarplus.ca\n \n and on the Company's website at\n \n www.mountainprovince.com\n \n .\n \n\n As also disclosed in the Company's news release of\n \n February 19, 2025\n \n , the WCF is a key component of the Company's funding solution for 2025.  However, as described in detail in the Company's Notice of Meeting and Information Circular, the terms of the WCF were not settled until\n \n April 17, 2025\n \n and as such did not form part of the suite of refinancing transactions announced and completed on\n \n February 24, 2025\n \n and\n \n March 18, 2025\n \n , respectively, making i...
