(TSX and NASDAQ: MPVD) (\"Mountain Province\") and Kennady Diamonds Inc. (TSX-V: KDI) (\"Kennady\") are pleased to announce they have received final approval of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) for their proposed business combination pursuant to a plan of arrangement (the \"Arrangement\").
