[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0071G Motorpoint Group plc 01 November 2018 \n\n1 November 2018\nMotorpoint Group PLC\n(\"Motorpoint\" or the \"Company\")\n \nTransaction in Own Shares\nMotorpoint, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, announces that the Company has purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each in its issued share capital as follows:\n\n\n\n(1) Date of purchase:\n\n\n31 October 2018\n\n\n\n\n(2) Number of shares purchased:\n\n\n18,000\n\n\n\n\n(3) Average price per share:\n\n\n220 pence\n\n\n\n\nHighest price per share:\n\n\n220 pence\n\n\n\n\nLowest price per share:\n\n\n220 pence\n\n\n\n\n(4) Treatment of purchased shares:\n\n\nCancellation\n\n\n\n \nFollowing the cancellation, the Company's issued share capital consists of 97,368,023 ordinary shares, each with one voting right.\nThe total number of voting rights in the Company is 97,368,023\nThis figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.\nThe transaction is in accordance with Motorpoint's buy-back program announced on 14 August 2018.\nThis notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 12.4.6R and Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.
