[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 9415T\n Motorpoint Group plc\n 24 July 2020\n \n \n \n 24 July 2020\n \n Motorpoint Group PLC\n (\"Motorpoint\" or the \"Group\")\n \n FY20 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM\n \n Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, announces that today the following documents will be posted to shareholders and submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism:\n \n · FY20 Annual Report and Accounts;\n \n ·Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting which will be held at 10.00am on Monday 24 August 2020 by electronic means and as a closed meeting;\n \n · Form of Proxy; and\n \n · Letters to shareholders regarding the AGM and web communications,\n \n in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ('DTR') 4.1.3.\n \n The health of the Company's shareholders, employees and stakeholders remains extremely important to the Board who has taken into consideration the restrictions on public gatherings published by the UK Government. Shareholders are therefore requested not to attend the AGM as the Company will not be able to allow entry to anyone seeking to attend the AGM in person.\n \n Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy in respect of the resolutions as set out in the notice and submit any questions, electronically in advance.
