Those shareholders that elected, or were\ndeemed, to have elected to receive electronic advice of the\navailability of the Annual Report and Financial Statements and notice\nof meeting have also been advised of the availability of those\ndocuments to download on-line at www.mothercare.com/ar08.\n\nThe Annual General Meeting to which the notice relates is to be held\nin the conference suite at the Company's head office in Cherry Tree\nRoad, Watford, Hertfordshire at 10.30 a.m on Thursday 17 July 2008.\n\nTwo copies of the Annual Report and Financial Statements and notice\nof meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will\nshortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's\nDocument Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services\nAuthority, 25 The North Colonnade, London E14 5HS.
