The Company intends to resume its fully reporting\nstatus with the SEC and upgrade its trading venue to a senior exchange in the\nfuture.\n\nAs a reminder, following the\ntermination of the high calcium carbonate project in Northern Central Vietnam\nand the realignment of its portfolio holdings, potential investors should not\nrely on historical financial information that has been published by the Company\nheretofore to make any investment decisions with respect to the Company’s\nsecurities.
