Vanguard\nMining Corporation (Pink sheets: VNMC) today announced\nthat the Company signed a rescission agreement with Linh Thanh Quang Binh High\nCalcium Carbonate Powder Exploiting and Processing Joint Stock Company (?LTQB?)\nand its original controlling shareholders to terminate the Company?s majority\nstake in LTQB, retroactively June 28, 2010, in order to focus on mining\nactivities in Indonesia.\n\n \n\nThe Company cautions potential investors not\nto rely on its historical financial information that has been published\nheretofore to make any investment decisions with respect to the Company?s\nsecurities. \n\n \n\nThe Company will proceed to execute its\nexploration and mining plans in Indonesia and complete its financial audits in\norder to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange\nCommission to resume its fully reporting status as well as upgrade the trading\nvenue of the Company?s stock.
