The virtual-only format is due to the public-health impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the executive order in effect in Illinois that limits gatherings of more than 10 people, and to support the health and well-being of its employees, shareholders, and community. \nAs described in the proxy materials for the annual meeting filed on April 3, 2020, shareholders are entitled to attend and participate in the annual meeting if they were a shareholder as of the close of business on March 16, 2020. During the annual meeting, Morningstar will cover items of business outlined in its 2020 proxy statement.
