[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\nMISSISSAUGA, ON, May 16, 2014 /CNW/ - Morguard Corporation (\"the\n Corporation\") (TSX: MRC) today announced the results of matters voted\n on at its annual shareholders' meeting held on May 14, 2014 (the\n \"Meeting\"), which included the election of directors of the\n Corporation, all of the nominees listed in its management information\n circular dated March 20, 2014.  The voting results for each of the\n matters presented at the Meeting are presented below.\n\n\nThe total number of common shares represented by shareholders present in\n person or by proxy at the meeting was 10,003,394 representing 79.93% of\n the Corporation's outstanding common shares.\n\n\n1. Election of Directors\n\n\nThe seven (7) nominees proposed by management were elected as directors\n of the Corporation to hold office until the termination of the next\n annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are duly\n elected or appointed, subject to the provisions of the Corporation's\n by-laws.
