BCC recently achieved BOMA BESt Level 4 which means that all of the program's Best Practices in environmental management have been met and that the score on the BOMA BESt assessment was 90 per cent.   \n\n\n\"We are thrilled to be recognized for our commitment to the environment,\" shares Bao Lu, Operations Manager, Morguard Investments Ltd. \"As the first one-million+ square foot enclosed shopping centre to achieve level 4 BOMA BESt Certification under Version 2 of the program, we are proud of our environmental leadership and hope our efforts to improve energy efficiencies will serve as an example to others in our industry.\"\n\nIn January 2012, BOMA Canada launched BOMA BESt Version 2, the latest of this unique, national and voluntary program.
