[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 3350T Morgan Sindall Group PLC 27 September 2010 \n \n\n \n27 September 2010 \n \nMorgan Sindall Group JV awarded second\nYorkshire Water Framework worth £75 million\n \nMorgan Sindall Group plc, the construction and regeneration group, today announces that a joint venture between its construction and infrastructure division, Morgan Sindall, and Grontmij, a leading sustainable design and management consultancy, has secured a second AMP5 framework from Yorkshire Water worth an estimated £75 million over five years. \n \nThe framework, which will cover projects ranging from £5 million to £50 million in value, includes clean and waste water schemes. The work will comprise initial feasibility assessment through to design and construction, as well as commissioning and handover.\n \nPaul Smith, Chief Executive of Morgan Sindall Group plc, said: \n \n\"This framework award builds on Morgan Sindall's long-standing relationship with Yorkshire Water and Grontmij which developed through the last asset management period.
