She left the Board in accordance with Corporate\nGovernance rules regarding the length individuals can serve as Independent\nNon-Executive Directors. Morgan Sindall is delighted to welcome her back to the\nBoard as Geraldine brings tremendous strength in people skills to the newly\nenlarged group.\n\n\nGeraldine is the Managing Director of The Executive Coaching Consultancy. She\nfounded the company, which specialises in one-to-one executive coaching for\nsenior management executives, in 1994. Prior to this, Geraldine was Head of\nGroup Management Development for The Burton Group plc (now Arcadia plc), where\nshe was responsible for the development of the top 300 senior executives within\nthe company, and began her career within Marketing at Ford Motor Company.\n\n\nCommenting, John Morgan, Executive Chairman of Morgan Sindall plc, said:\n\n\n'I am delighted to welcome Geraldine back to the Board.
