[{"type":"text","content":"\n Morgan Sindall PLC\n02 July 2007\n\nMorgan Sindall plc\n\nMorgan Sindall JV awarded Bury, Tameside & Glossop NHS LIFT\n\n\n\nConstruction and urban regeneration group Morgan Sindall plc as part of\nCommunity Solutions for Primary Care (CSPC), a joint venture between Morgan\nSindall Investments and Barclays European Infrastructure Fund, has achieved\nfinancial close on the Bury, Tameside & Glossop NHS LIFT (Local Improvement\nFinance Trust) project to build and develop a network of community health and\nsocial care facilities over the next 20 years. The new purpose-built centres for\nthe Bury, Tameside and Glossop areas, are part of a new wave of 'super\nsurgeries' opening up for NHS patients across the country under NHS LIFT public\nprivate partnerships.\n\n\n\nTogether with Bury Primary Care Trust, Tameside & Glossop Primary Care Trust and\nPartnerships for Health, CSPC has formed a public private partnership company\ncalled Bury, Tameside & Glossop Community Solutions Limited (BTGCS).
