[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2464J Morgan Sindall PLC 26 March 2010 \n \n\n \nMorgan Sindall plc\n \n26 March 2010\n \nMorgan Sindall secures framework contract with Welsh Water\nMorgan Sindall, the construction and regeneration group, today announces that its infrastructure services division Morgan Est, has been retained as a Capital Delivery partner by Dwr Cymru Welsh Water for the Asset Management Period (AMP5). Work will commence on 1 April 2010.\nThe five-year framework will involve design and build works for both clean and wastewater programmes throughout south Wales. The works follow on from the AMP4 programme, where Morgan Est successfully delivered a £130 million wastewater capital programme in south east Wales. Morgan Est is currently delivering Welsh Water's Advanced Digestion programme valued at £75 million.\nPaul Smith, Chief Executive of Morgan Sindall plc, said:\n\"This is a very important announcement for our Infrastructure Services division.
