[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 0894A Morgan Sindall PLC 29 July 2008 \n \n\nMorgan Sindall plc\n\n29 July 2008\n\nLovell awarded £53 million development project by Hounslow Homes\n\nMorgan Sindall plc, the construction and regeneration group, announces today that Lovell, its affordable housing business, has been named as a development partner by Hounslow Homes and the London Borough of Hounslow.\n\nAs development partner, Lovell will work with the local authority and Hounslow Homes, which manages the London Borough of Hounslow's housing stock, to develop up to 350 new homes for rent and shared ownership in the Heston area. The contract is worth £53 million.\n\nThe programme of work is scheduled to take place on six estates over a five-year period.\n\nPaul Smith, Chief Executive of Morgan Sindall plc, comments:\n\n'Lovell is a market leader in the provision of affordable housing developments in partnership with housing associations and local authorities, and this new partnership is testament to our ability to deliver high quality projects.
