[{"type":"text","content":"\n Morgan Sindall PLC\n05 December 2007\n\n\n\nMorgan Sindall plc\n\n05 December 2007\n\n\n\n MORGAN ASHURST TO HELP DELIVER £200M COUNTY CONSTRUCTION PROGRAMME\n\n\nMorgan Sindall plc, the construction and regeneration group, announces today\nthat Morgan Ashurst, its construction division has been selected by\nCambridgeshire County Council as one of three major works construction partners\nto deliver a seven-year building programme under a partnership agreement worth\nover £200 million.\n\nThe capital build programme of major works, which has an option to extend a\nfurther three years, is predominantly for primary, secondary and special\neducational needs schools with projects ranging from £500,000 to £30 million.\nThe value of work to Morgan Ashurst could be about £50 million.\n\n\nPaul Smith, Chief Executive of Morgan Sindall plc, said:\n\n'Playing a major role in this project further reinforces our leading position in\nthe education market.
