[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3104J Morgan Sindall Group PLC 29 June 2011 \n \n\n \n29 June 2011\n \nMorgan Sindall Group secures £130 million Warrington development \n \nMorgan Sindall Group plc, the construction and regeneration group, today announces that its regeneration division, Muse Developments, has been selected by Warrington Borough Council as its development partner to deliver the Council's £130 million Bridge Street regeneration plan.\n \nThe scheme is the first phase of the Council's 25-year masterplan for the regeneration of the town centre and waterfront area. Development plans for the six-hectare Bridge Street site encompass the construction of shops, restaurants, a gym, a cinema, a food-store, an indoor market, a cultural centre, a hotel and new Council offices.
