[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5381T Morgan Advanced Materials PLC 20 November 2013 \n \n\nMorgan Advanced Materials plc\n \n \n20 November 2013\nIssue of shares under Scrip Dividend Scheme\nMorgan Advanced Materials plc (the 'Company') announces that valid elections to take up the scrip dividend for the 2013 interim dividend were received in respect of 37,491,732 ordinary shares representing 13.2 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.\nThe Board has resolved to allot 477,081 ordinary shares of 25 pence each to satisfy scrip dividend elections. Applications will be made for admission of those shares to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings will commence on 29 November 2013. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company.
