Moody’s fully acquires ICR Chile, solidifying its leading position in key Latin American markets
NEW YORK, June 25, 2025--Moody’s Corporation (NYSE:MCO) announced today that it has fully acquired ICR Chile (ICR), a leading provider of domestic credit ratings in Chile. The transaction follows Moody’s 2019 acquisition of a minority stake in ICR and will further strengthen its presence in Latin America’s domestic credit markets.
