(MMY - TSX Venture, D7Q1 - FWB), (\"Monument\" or the \"Company\") announces that it has entered into an Investor Relation Services Agreement with AXINO AG of Stuttgart, Germany, pursuant to which AXINO AG will provide investor relation and consulting services to increase the Company's exposure in Europe and in particular Germany. The arrangement is for a period of 12 months at a total estimated cost of ?85,000 and may be terminated by either party on not less than 30 days notice prior to the expiry of the arrangement.
