As announced on\n \n May 5, 2022\n \n , the Company has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Brightpath (the \"\n \n Transaction\n \n \"), one of\n \n Canada's\n \n leading private providers of residential mortgages focused on\n \n Ontario\n \n and British Columbia.  The Company and Brightpath are actively negotiating binding definitive transaction documentation.\n \n \n \n Information About the Meeting\n \n \n \n The Transaction will be one of the items on the agenda at the Company's upcoming Annual General and Special Meeting, to be held on\n \n June 7, 2022\n \n , at\n \n 10:00am\n \n , at Room C300, UBC Robson Square 800 Robson Street,\n \n Vancouver, British Columbia\n \n (the \"\n \n Meeting\n \n \").
