The Corporation's dividend payments qualify as an 'eligible dividend' for Canadian income tax purposes.\n \n \n Holders of Preferred Shares are entitled to receive fixed non-cumulative preferential cash dividends, if, as and when declared by the board of Directors of the Corporation at an annual rate equal to\n \n $0.08\n \n per Preferred Share.
