(TSXV:MONT) (\"\n \n\n Montfort\n \n\n \" or the \"\n \n Company\n \n \") is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange (the \"\n \n TSXV\n \n \" or the \"\n \n Exchange\n \n \") has accepted its application for reinstatement of trading of the Company's common shares on the TSXV. This follows the successful resolution of the Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders (collectively, the \"\n \n FFCTO\n \n \") issued by the Ontario Securities Commission (the \"\n \n OSC\n \n \") on\n \n May 7, 2025\n \n and\n \n June 5, 2025\n \n , and revoked on\n \n May 28, 2025\n \n and\n \n June 12, 2025\n \n , respectively. The Company expects its common shares to be reinstated for trading shortly.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n The FFCTO was issued as a result of the delay in the filing of the Company's annual audited financial statements for the year ended\n \n December 31, 2024\n \n (the \"\n \n Late Annual Financial Statements\n \n \"). The delay in filing the annual financial statements had a cascading effect which caused the Company to also be late in filing its interim financial statements for the three-month period ended\n \n March 31, 2025\n \n (the \"\n \n Late Interim Financial Statements\n \n \" and together with the Late Annual Financial Statements, the \"\n \n Late Financial Statements\n \n \").\n \n\n The Company filed the Late Annual Financial Statements on\n \n May 27, 2025\n \n and filed the Late Interim Financial Statements on\n \n June 11, 2025\n \n , whereby the OSC automatically revoked the FFCTO.
