(TSXV: MONT) (\"\n \n\n Montfort\n \n\n \" or the \"\n \n Company\n \n \") announces a delay in the filing of its financial statements, its management's discussion and analysis, and chief executive officer and chief financial officer certificates for the three-months ended\n \n March 31, 2025\n \n (the \"\n \n Required Filings\n \n \"), which were due to be filed by\n \n May 30, 2025\n \n under applicable Canadian securities law requirements.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n The Company advises that the delay to the Required Filings is a result of the delays in completing its audited annual consolidated financial statements, management's discussion and analysis and chief executive officer and chief financial officer certificates for the year-ended\n \n December 31, 2024\n \n (the \"\n \n Annual Filings\n \n \") by the statutory deadline of\n \n April 30, 2025\n \n . Upon filing of the Annual Filings to the Company's SEDAR+ profile on\n \n May 27, 2025\n \n , the Ontario Securities Commission issued a revocation order on\n \n May 28, 2025\n \n for the failure-to-file cease trade order it issued on\n \n May 7, 2025\n \n .\n \n\n The Company expects to file the Required Filings by the end of\n \n June 2025\n \n and will issue a news release announcing completion of such filings at such time.\n \n\n\n Issuance of Cease-Trade Order\n \n\n\n As a result of the Company's failure to file the Required Filings by\n \n May 30, 2025\n \n , the Ontario Securities Commission (the \"\n \n OSC\n \n \") issued a failure-to-file cease trade order (the \"\n \n FFCTO\n \n \") to the Company on June  5, 2025.\n \n\n The FFCTO prohibits the trading by any person of any securities of the Com...
