Arena will provide up to\n \n US$95 million\n \n in conjunction with\n \n US$5 million\n \n from\n \n Montfort\n \n to capitalize the venture with up to a\n \n US$100 million\n \n of funding capacity. The purpose of the venture is to provide growth capital to entrepreneurs in the technology sector.
