[{"type":"text","content":"MIHL had announced today that as of January 2, 2013, its Board of Directors had been expanded by an additional three members and that it had retained the services of in-house Corporate Counsel in addition to the outside legal representation it currently enjoys.\n \nLarisa Saltsova Chairwoman of MIHL stated “on behalf of the Board of Directors of MIHL and our shareholders, we would like to welcome to our Board our newest members and of course our corporate counsel, who bring a wealth of experience to our company” . She went on to add, “we are lucky that such a group of diverse and talented individuals share our vision for MIHL and had agreed to combine forces with us for the good of the company and its shareholders.”\n \nSusanne Howarth responded, “On behalf of myself and other new members we would like to thank the Board of Directors for giving us the opportunity to joint MIHL and this exciting junction in time. It is always exhilarating to witness a birth of something special and I believe that MIHL is a very special company. We look forward to working closely both with our colleagues and shareholders for the betterment of the company.”\n \nThe following individuals had joined MIHL:\n \nSUSANNE HOWARTH, Board Member and Vice President – is responsible for Broker/Dealer Division of MIHL. Susanne comes to our firm from Susquehanna Wealth Management where she was Vice President of Operations & Compliance. Susanne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Accounting from West Chester University, West Chester, PA. In addition, Susanne holds current licenses from FINRA and the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission in Life Insurance and series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65. Susanne is a highly motivated professional with solid knowledge in the financial industry. She possesses a strong work ethic with accomplished background in client/investor servicing, sales and operations management. With an established history for developing and nurturing business relationships; outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to adapt to audience, Susanne is invaluable to the development of the Broker/Dealer business.
