EXCITING NEW DEVELOPMENTS AT MONTAGUE INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LTD

Montague International Holding Ltd announced today several exciting developments:

Montague International Holding Ltd (OTC:MIHL) had elected to apply through its transfer agent VSTOCK Transfer, for DWAC/FAST system services from the DTCC.  These services will allow for conversion of paper stock certificates into electronic form for easy placement into the accounts of our shareholders with numerous participating brokerage firms and assist in the development of the trading volume of MIHL shares.

In addition, on February 19, 2014 MIHL had received a confirmation letter from Mr. Donald Maj of the DTCC that the company is cleared for all services.
