Subscription revenue was $217.9 million, an increase of 51% year-over-year, and services revenue was $9.0 million, an increase of 35% year-over-year. Gross Profit: Gross profit was $158.4 million in the third quarter fiscal 2022, representing a 70% gross margin, up from 69% gross margin in the year-ago period. Non-GAAP gross profit was $163.9 million, representing a 72% non-GAAP gross margin. Loss from Operations: Loss from operations was $76.8 million in the third quarter fiscal 2022, compared to $58.1 million in the year-ago period. Non-GAAP loss from operations was $3.5 million, compared to $16.0 million in the year-ago period. Net Loss: Net loss was $81.3 million, or $1.22 per share, based on 66.4 million weighted-average shares outstanding in the third quarter fiscal 2022.
