MONY Group PLC (the "Company")

Issue of Equity / Admission to Trading

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on its Main Market of 1,418,244 Ordinary Shares of 0.02pence each in the Company in respect of the vesting of the 2023 Restricted Share Plan, the 2024 Deferred Bonus Plan and the 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan on 30 March 2026. Admission to trading is expected to become effective on 15 April 2026. When issued, the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
