The Dividend was paid on 7 May 2026.\n\nEligible shareholders (\"Shareholders\") were able to participate in Dividend\nReinvestment Plans (\"DRIPs\"). In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements,\nMondi confirms the results of the DRIPs as follows:\n\n- Shareholders on the UK main register holding 5,732,561 shares or\n1.30% of Mondi's issued share capital as at the Record Date elected to\nparticipate in the UK Dividend Reinvestment Plan, resulting in the purchase of\n29,481 shares in the market at an average price of £8.1658 per share.\n\n- Shareholders on the South African branch register holding 38,689,338\nshares or 8.76% of Mondi's issued share capital as at the Record Date elected to\nparticipate in the South African Dividend Reinvestment Plan, resulting in the\npurchase of 203,465 shares in the market at an average price of R174.89160 per\nshare.\n\nAbout Mondi\n\nMondi is a global leader in packaging and paper, contributing to a better world\nby producing products that are sustainable by design.
