Result of AGM

MOH Nippon PLC announced the results of its Annual General Meeting, where all resolutions were duly passed with the exception of resolution 4, which was previously announced as not proposed. Resolutions 1 through 3 and 5 through 17 received 249,329,093 votes for, representing 100% of votes cast and 87.6% of the issued share capital voted. There were no votes against any of the resolutions, and no votes were withheld. The resolutions included both ordinary and special resolutions, with the latter requiring a 75% majority.
