MOH Nippon Plc (LSE: MOH), a crowdfunding services provider for real estate investment in Japan, announces that Nigel Collins, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board and the executive team express their sincere gratitude to Nigel for his service and contribution to the Company, and wish him the very best for the future.  

While the Company's revenue generation remains constrained, the Board - which now comprises four Executive Directors and two Non-Executive Directors (one of whom is independent) - does not currently intend to appoint a new Director, but will keep this under review.
