In addition, the Company's change of name to 'MOH Nippon Plc' and its TIDM to 'MOH' has become effective.\n \nAamir Quraishi, Non-Executive Chairman of MOH, said: \"We are delighted to have completed the acquisition of MOH and for the shares of our Enlarged Group to commence trading. As the first company with its business and operations in Japan to list equity on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in over 20 years, this is a very proud moment for all of us at the Company.
