(OTCPK: MOCI) is proud to announce the signing of an agreement to co-finance the movie “The Kim Sisters” with one of Hollywood’s most successful producers, Lucas Foster and his production company “Warp LLC”.\n The movie “The Kim Sisters” is a highly engaging story about three teenage Korean girls who survive the Korean war and near-starvation to become a popular act for East Asian military bases and USO tours in the 1950s.  After being discovered, these young girls were invited to America where they become a staple on television variety shows not to mention their long-running engagements in Las Vegas during the days of the legendary Rat Pack.  With their 25 appearances on the Ed Sullivan Show, they are known as the most beloved vocal group in the show’s history.  Their story has been referred to as the greatest Korean-American story never told. Lucas Foster, the producer of many successful action movies selected this project as his next production because it’s a classic ‘rags-to-riches’ tale with a very emotional core journey.  Lucas Foster is well known in Hollywood and around the world for producing Mr. and Mrs. Smith with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.  Mr. Foster has also produced hits such as Man on Fire with Denzel Washington, Law Abiding Citizen with Jamie Fox and Gerard Butler and Equilibrium with Christian Bale.  Additional movies produced by Mr. Foster are Crimson Tide, Dangerous Minds, Bad Boys and Jumper, among many others. As for the financing provided by Modern Cinema Group, it’s new media exchange will be used to raise the necessary funds by way of selling “futures” contracts to market makers, brokers, speculators and retail traders around the world.  A significant effort will be made to sell contracts starting in January of 2018.  This movie will be the first of many that will use the Modern Cinema Group exchange for its financing needs.
