(the "Corporation")\n(FLG -TSX.V) advises that the Corporation has recently received a letter from\nEkota Central Ltd. which indicated that Ekota is no longer interested in the\nmerger with Flukong as per Letter of Intent signed Sept 26, 2008.\n\n\nThe reasons for Ekota terminating the Letter of Intent are:\n\n1) Flukong's inability to meet TSX-Venture Exchange's requirements.\n2) The excessive amount of time which has elapsed for Flukong to\n complete the proposed merger.\n\n\nThe Corporation also received resignation notices from Mr. Victor Buffalo\nas a director and the following seven individuals as members of Flukong's\nAdvisory Board: Dr. Wilton (Willie) Littlechild; Mr. Ven Cote; Mr. David\nSchuster; Mr. David Tam; Mr. Gary E. Loblick; Mr. Peter Ouellette and Mr. Tony\nG.
