[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n31 July 2024\nMobilityOne Limited\n(\"MobilityOne\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nUpdate in relation to the publication of Annual Report and Accounts\n \nMobilityOne (AIM: MBO), the e-commerce infrastructure payment solutions and platform provider, provides the following update in relation to its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 (\"FY 2023\").\n \nOn 27 June 2024 the Company announced, amongst other matters, that the preparation of the Company's financial statements for FY 2023 has been ongoing and that the Company expects the accounts to be published by the end of July 2024. While the Company has made substantial progress in relation to the preparation of its financial statements for FY 2023 and is nearing completion of the audit process, the finalisation of the audited accounts remains ongoing. In particular, further work is needed to be completed in connection with the audit of the Company's 49% interest in Sincere Acres Sdn Bhd, which will be held as an associated company on the Group's balance sheet.\n \nAccordingly, the Company now anticipates publishing its FY 2023 accounts in August 2024.\n \nThe Company's ordinary shares remain suspended pending publication of the audited FY 2023 annual accounts.\n \nFor further information, please contact:\n \nMobilityOne Limited +6 03 89963600\nDato' Hussian A.
