[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n24 June 2025\nMOBICO GROUP PLC\n(\"Mobico\" or the \"Group\")\nBrian Egan appointed to the Mobico Group Board as CFO\nMobico Group Plc (\"Mobico\" or the \"Group\") is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Egan as permanent Group Chief Financial Officer (\"CFO\").\nBrian has over 25 years' CFO experience having held positions at international organisations, including, Jefferson Smurfit, Petropavlovsk, Dangote Cement, and Coca-Cola. Brian is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having started his career at KPMG.\nBrian joins the Group and the Board today. He replaces Helen Cowing who has served as Group Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis for the last twelve months.\nPhil White, Executive Chair of Mobico, said: \"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Helen for her support over the last year and in particular her work strengthening the Group's finance function.
