[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 3392H\n National Express Group PLC\n 05 April 2022\n \n \n \n \n National Express Group PLC\n (\"Company\")\n \n 2021 Annual Report and\n Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting\n The Company announces that is has today published its 2021 Annual Report and Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\" or \"Meeting\").\n \n The AGM will be held in the Banqueting Hall at Glaziers Hall, 9 Montague Close, London Bridge, London SE1 9DD at 2.00pm on Wednesday, 11 May 2022.\n \n \n In addition to the business usually proposed, the Company is proposing at the AGM an additional resolution to amend the Company's Articles of Association to permit the Company's Directors to change the Company's name by Board resolution in the future. There are no current plans to change the well-known and highly valued customer facing brands of the Company's operating subsidiaries.
