[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5754Y National Express Group PLC 09 May 2019 \n\nNational Express Group PLC\n9 May 2019\n \nNATIONAL EXPRESS GROUP PLC\n(\"Company\")\n \nRESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING\n \nThe Company is pleased to announce the voting results of its Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\" or \"Meeting\") held earlier today at the Burlington Hotel, 126 New Street, Birmingham B2 4JQ.\nAll resolutions, as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 28 March 2019 and the additional resolution set out in the Supplementary Chairman's Letter dated 18 April 2019, were passed with the requisite majority by means of a poll. Resolutions 1 to 18 and 23 were each passed as an Ordinary Resolution (requiring a simple majority for them to be passed) and resolutions 19 to 22 were each passed as a Special Resolution (requiring at least a 75% majority for them to be passed).
