The reports will be available under the Company's profile on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) and on the Company's website (https://mkango.ca/investors/financials/). Subject to regulatory approval, Mkango has granted a total of 3,570,000 stock options (“Options”) to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company in accordance with the Company’s Option Plan. The Options have an exercise price of $0.48 CDN per common share, will vest in 4 equal instalments over the next 2 years, with the first tranche vesting immediately, and are valid for a period of 10 years from the date of grant.
