Notification of Transactions by Directors

The Company has been advised that, on 6 April 2010, Dermot Gleeson, Non-executive Chairman, acquired 3,624 Ordinary shares at a price of 140p per share by way of a routine automatic reinvestment of the dividend paid on the shares held in his PEP and Mini ISA.  Following this transaction, Dermot Gleeson owns 1,028,986 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.9 % of issued Ordinary share capital.
